Special Treats
I was blessed by my husband and daughter on my birthday with an instant pot. I was afraid to use it at first. I had to use it quickly one Sunday when I put a roast in the oven to slow roast while we were at church. When we came home the roast was raw. I noticed that someone had turned off the stove.
We all were hungry, so I opened the box and transferred the Pork Carnitas to the instant pot. I had to look it up online for how long to cook it. It said it would just take 30 minutes. I was nervous it was wrong but I stepped out in faith and turned it on.
I was so excited to find out it was completely done. the pork was so tender it was falling off the bone. My family really enjoyed it.
My new Instant Pot saved the day.
